Summary
The Dawes plan is another example where America did not follow through with isolationism. They played a heavy role in Europe's affairs, but it did accomplish what it was meant to. By America giving money to Germany they were able to collect more money from tax to pay reparations to France. France was then able to pay back their reparations to America.
